What is the policy on returns and exchanges?

All returns and/or exchanges must be handled via this location.
Within 30 days of delivery, we accept returns.
All products must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged when returned.
All returns and exchanges are completed within a week of the package’s arrival at our warehouse. Refunds are sent to the same method of payment used to place the transaction. Exchanges are only permitted when requesting a different size for the same product.

How long does it take for a return to be processed?

Returns and exchanges are completed within a week of receiving the product at our warehouse. If you’ve been reimbursed, it normally takes 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account once they’ve been processed. What if one or more of my goods is broken or defective?
